New training guide for incoming presidents

Flexible is the word that best describes the newly revised Presidents-elect Training Seminar Leaders’ Guide (zip file). The guide allows you to choose from a variety of options to create an agenda that works best for your incoming presidents.
New features include
- 19 sessions on a variety of topics for trainers and participants to choose from
- Three session types, including role-based sessions recommended for all presidents-elect (such as "Planning for Your Year" and "Running Meetings"); topic-based sessions that can be offered as electives based on participant interest, experience, or needs (such as "Fundraising," "New Generations," and "Making an Impact on Your Community"); and plenary sessions
- Training method options, including panel, idea exchange, and round table
The guide also includes PowerPoint slides, an evaluation form, worksheet, and introduction that explains how best to take advantage of its flexibility.
