Our school has just resumed we've embarked on numerous and successful projects in the past. We've just completed a Polio walk in our community and we hope to partner with WHO for training and immunization of children in our the village community of the school. We're also embarking on a water project and an educational project and even though it is still in its preliminary stage, it is going on well. I'll keep you guys posted.

Hello Rotarians, I am reaching out to other clubs. I need your help. Each fall, the Granville OH Rotary Club sells long-stem roses to raise money to fund our many projects and scholarships. Not only do these beautiful roses bring a smile to someone you care about, but the proceeds impact our local community directly. This is a wonderful chance to do two wonderful acts with one purchase. I ask you, as a new member of Rotary, to help me, help Rotary, help those in need. All profits from this sale go directly to Granville Rotary (6690) for use on our projects both local and international. Over 25% of all our project money each year comes from this sale. It is that important. There are many options to choose from. For your convenience, I have added all the options to TheWineCache.com for ease of order. If you are local to us you can pick one of the options and have me deliver it. If you are not local I can ship it via USPS. The price listed includes shipping or local delivery. When you check out it will list it as FREE SHIPPING. If you are not comfortable purchasing online please let me know and we can make other arrangements. Follow this link: http://www.thewinecache.com/t-rotary-rose-sale.aspx Thank you in advance, James Housteau Granville, OH Rotarian District 6690 http://www.granvillerotary.org/

We would be particularly interested in anyone who would be willing to give presentations to students about how they use languages in their job, or to organise visits or workshop activity to give young people a real insight to how languages can be so important to their future careers. More details on our website: http://www.rln-london.com/champions/ , so I hope some of you might like to take part.

I went through the discussion and found the budget problem for most clubs. Definitely, it becomes major part to start any project. I would like to share one of my project that we have started in my club with minimum cost. It’s Book Distribution project. The objective of the project is to help the underprivileged students to widen their educational horizon and to provide economic relief to the underprivileged students. With this we have collected the books from different students from different schools who have passed the certain level. Those collected books were distributed. For the project we spend very less amount for transportation, refreshment and book covers etc with our own investment. We calculated it very successful project in our club. My hearty Thanks go to everyone who supported us for the project. Lets join hand with hand and start doing!
