Finding volunteers
Does your Rotary club or district have a project that could benefit from the help of volunteers with special skills? Invite a Rotary Volunteer to help on your club service project! The wide variety of professional expertise and experience that Rotary Volunteers have to offer will enrich any project and enable your club to foster fellowship and support around the world. You can publicize your project in the RI projects database, ProjectLINK.
Projects needing volunteers can be registered on ProjectLINK using one of these forms:
Projects are posted on ProjectLINK for two years and can be reregistered, or removed when the volunteer need has been met. Rotaract and Rotary Community Corps projects can be registered through their sponsoring Rotary club.
Also, review the Rotary Volunteers database for volunteers to help on the project. You can do a broad search in one of the six main areas of expertise, or a narrow search using keywords. For example, if volunteers with expertise in disaster relief are needed, enter keyword “disaster” in the Search box. You can also find registered Rotary Volunteers in your district by using the dropdown district list.
See the guidelines in the Rotary Volunteers Handbook for inviting and hosting international volunteers.
