 Claim and incident reporting

 
 

I f you become aware of an incident or situation that may give rise to a claim, you must report it to the Rotary International Risk Management Department. Such situations include:

  • Receiving notice of injury or property damage
  • Receiving a legal notice
  • Learning of a mishap during a project or event

To report a claim or incident, please follow the steps outlined in the reporting guidelines (PDF), and complete the report form (PDF).
