Booths
House of Friendship
T he House of Friendship at the RI Convention offers one-of-a-kind souvenirs, booths for Global Networking Groups and club and district projects, and a business expo featuring commercial and noncommercial exhibitors. The Host Organization Committee puts its stamp on every House of Friendship by choosing a special theme and decor and incorporating regional cuisine, relaxation areas, and local arts and crafts exhibitions.
Booth space
An RI Convention booth is just one way clubs, districts, and Global Networking Groups can share new ideas.
Club and district project booths
The Club and District Projects Exhibition is an area within the House of Friendship that showcases exemplary projects so that interested Rotarians can emulate them in their own clubs or districts. Applying club and district projects must be in compliance with RI policy. The sale of products and merchandise and fundraising is not permitted from a club and district project booth.
Global Networking Group booths
Global Networking Groups, which encompass Rotary Fellowships and Rotarian Action Groups, are encouraged to arrange activities during the annual convention to reach out to fellow Rotarians and increase membership. Only approved Global Networking Groups may request a booth, and each group must be in compliance with RI policy.
The general secretary must grant permission to sell fellowship specific products from Global Networking Group booths. If granted permission, the products sold by the fellowship shall either carry the fellowship logo, or be event specific; the product cannot include the Rotary Marks. Consistent with Board policy, the fellowship shall ensure that revenue gained from such sales will only be used to promote the activities of the fellowship.

RI licensed vendors
Rotary International licensed vendors, or RI licensees, are businesses and Rotary Entities licensed by RI to use the Rotary Marks in connection with the sale of merchandise. RI licensees may purchase booth space only from Rotary International and not from the Host Organization Committee. RI licensees, including Rotary Entities that are also RI licensees, must apply for booth space in the RI licensed vendor area of the House of Friendship if they wish to sell or display goods at the convention.
RI licensee booth applications will be distributed to all qualifying vendors in January. For more information about becoming a Rotary International licensed vendor, please contact RI Licensing.
Business expo
Does your business offer products without the Rotary Marks that Rotarians from around the globe would enjoy? Does your nonprofit organization assist Rotary clubs in worldwide service projects?
