Rotary Club of De Aar was chosen for the Meeting Frequency Pilot Plan, as was 3 other clubs in Distric 9320 (South Africa). We were loosing members as the weekly meetings was too much for most people . We changed to two meetings a month and have grown from 8 members to 13. Five years ago we were down to 5 members and thought of closing the club.
