Long story short; I am a Councilamn for our city and may be accepting a position very soon with the Dept of State as a Provintial Reconstruction team member in Iraq as a Governance Specialist. In anticipation of my departure I was searching for an Iraq club that I could visit and work with while I am there, and found none. While I may lack the appropriate skill sets to establish a Rotary group there, I may be the one to connect the dots and pave the way for someone else. If there is an interest in doing so, who do I speak with to begin preparation?
