GSE Team Leader and Members nomination form has to be jointly signed by a)DG, b)DRFC and c)GSE Sub-Committees Chair. What if the decision taken by the DG does not reflect the committee's majority decision? Should the DRFC and / or GSE Chair refuse to sign? Or is it mandatory for them to sign despite the above? Any advice/s?

I would like to work in advance to set up GSE exchanges between our district and others. We always seem to be "last minute" and end up taking whatever pairing is left over. We are district 6170 in Arkansas USA.
